Not everything has to be rebuilt; in fact, every city possesses resources that can be utilized to enhance our future cities. These resources encompass physical spaces, people, intellectual assets (e.g., ideas), and organizations that impact citizens. The project aims to revitalize unused spaces in Stuttgart, creating sustainable, community-focused areas. It introduces a tool to engage citizens in the design process, fostering public participation and transparent collaboration among stakeholders. Utilizing Tactical Urbanism, it offers a cost-effective approach for immediate impact and lasting urban transformation.
